The role will require the ability to identify and understand complex drivers of consumer behavior across many broad dimensions, develop meaningful insights and create compelling strategies to influence consumer behavior both with macro and selected micro audiences. The ideal candidate will have high learning agility and demonstrated prior success in leading key marketing and strategic initiatives. The candidate will join a team that operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Workload includes: Macro & micro marketing strategy/prioritization with high volume of assets and real-time optimization based on results (in partnership with BAI) CMO & vax leadership presentation lead for Pediatric vaccines Senior leader in partnership with RC & senior internal stakeholders Consumer competitive lead Media partnership, including prioritization of budget between channels & buy up/cut back decisions in partnership with media Scenario planning with product team on approval scenarios Oversight over all consumer assets Budget/resource allocation management
