About The Position
This open position is located inside the Bass Pro at 1000 Bass Pro Dr, Pearland, TX 77047. At Bluegreen Vacations, as a Sales Representative, you will utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face to face with potential customers to generate leads and sell our affordable, family-friendly mini vacation getaways. The role involves initiating conversations with customers, selling vacation getaways to various destinations across the United States, overcoming objections, and closing deals. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and enjoy interacting with people in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. You will receive training to become a Bluegreen vacation specialist and brand ambassador, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. The compensation for this position includes a base hourly wage of $16, with the potential to earn commissions based on the number of package sales per week. Sales Representatives working 30 hours a week can expect to earn an average annual salary between $50,000 and $80,000, with a detailed compensation plan provided upon hire.
