This is a face-to-face sales role inside of the Bass Pro Shops located in Mesa, AZ. And, with the Bluegreen Vacation Club's innovative points-based platform, our owners can easily personalize every vacation to their needs and desires. Responsibilities
- Engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
- Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
- Have negotiation skills to close deals overcoming customers concerns in a professional manner.
Benefits
- Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-80k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)
- Includes guaranteed $16hr base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week
