About The Position

Bluegreen Vacations is looking for outgoing individuals to join our team as Vacation Sales Representatives. This is a face-to-face sales role inside of the Bass Pro Shops located in San Jose, CA. The position offers unlimited income potential with a base pay plus uncapped commissions. Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-90k annually, with a detailed compensation plan provided upon hire. Weekend shifts are required. Training is provided to help you become a Bluegreen vacation specialist and brand ambassador.
