About The Position
Bluegreen Vacations is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Vacation Sales Representatives in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a face-to-face sales role located inside the Bass Pro Shop, where you will have the opportunity to engage with potential customers and sell vacation getaways to various Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the United States and the Caribbean. Our Vacation Club offers access to a diverse collection of 69 unique resorts, providing a range of accommodation types from rustic yurts to luxurious homes. With our innovative points-based platform, owners can personalize their vacations to meet their specific needs and desires. In this role, you will utilize your unique personality and passion to create excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations. You will be responsible for meeting customers face-to-face, overcoming their concerns, and closing deals with your negotiation skills. A strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and a desire to learn are essential for success in this position. The role offers unlimited income potential, with a base pay plus uncapped commissions based on your sales performance.
