Provide s the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensure s that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty . Guest Experience and Company Standards : Welcome and greet guests ; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time

  • Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.
