About The Position

The Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) role is an in-person position based in Boston, focused on creating memorable vacation experiences for guests. This position involves scheduling sales presentations, managing customer expectations, and providing exceptional service to exceed sales goals. The role emphasizes guest interaction and requires a strong commitment to company standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Must have worked in the timeshare industry for at least one year.
  • Sales or customer service experience is required.
  • Ability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Position may require background and drug screening.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
  • Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
