About The Position

Our Ritz-Carlton Club location in Vail, CO is looking for a Vacation Sales Concierge/In-House Marketing Coordinator to join their team! As a Vacation Sales Concierge/In-House Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Requirements

  • Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • May be asked to operate company vehicles following our company policies and standards (including but not limited to golf carts).

  • Concierge, and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
  • Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
