About The Position

As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations, providing the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals, and ensuring that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. You will use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs, interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly, and contribute to team goals while always following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
  • Enjoys interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
