We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Operations Specialist to support both housekeeping inspections and guest reservations . This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on property work while also interacting with guests and supporting bookings. You’ll play a key role in ensuring properties are clean, guest-ready, and that every reservation is handled with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of housekeeping, inspection, or property operations experience (vacation rental experience preferred)
  • 1+ year of reservations or customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable communicating with guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes meet cleanliness and quality standards
  • Identify and report maintenance issues or damages promptly
  • Perform light cleaning and touch-ups as needed to maintain presentation standards
  • Ensure all properties are guest-ready prior to arrival
  • Assist with guest reservations , including booking support, confirmations, and communication
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Restock supplies and maintain proper inventory levels within units
  • Provide excellent guest service , answering questions and resolving concerns professionally
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
