About The Position

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. This includes monitoring workflow and processes, adjusting as needed to optimize performance, and providing the highest level of customer service to our guests and homeowners. You will ensure that rental properties are in excellent condition for guest and owner arrivals by maintaining daily inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of units. Additionally, you will resolve guest and owner issues through creative thinking, communication, research, and punctual follow-up. You will supervise and lead operational staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members. Setting performance goals and objectives for staff, you will provide guidance and support to achieve these goals while fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration. Daily participation in the office setting is essential to ensure the operation of the company runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all guests are satisfied. You will analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, working with the General Manager to implement and maintain best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Furthermore, you will develop and execute plans to streamline operations and reduce waste, assisting the General Manager in the management of operational budgets to ensure cost control and financial efficiency.
