Drive with Phillips Pet Food & Supplies – Class A CDL Vacation Relief Driver Location: Denver, Colorado Looking for a stable driving career with predictable home time, competitive pay, and a company that truly values you? Weekly Schedule Expectations This is a Vacation Relief Driver covering current drivers on vacation or sick days. Route could be M-F, starting at 6 am, must be able to handle overnight layovers if needed, depending on the route. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits $32.50/hour + Safety Bonus & Pallet Return Bonus Full benefits after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Vacation and Sick Days, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) Employee discounts on pet food & supplies Casual, team-oriented workplace with events and luncheons Company-supported charitable giving to local animal shelters and organizations What You’ll Do Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors Transport equipment to vendors and repair facilities Deliver vendor-supplied products Complete daily logs and required documentation Protect company equipment and maintain required certifications Contribute to a strong, safety-first culture What We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements Must be able to pass a 5-year criminal background check Strong driving record Knowledge of DOT regulations Flexibility with scheduling High school diploma or GED Why Drive for Phillips? Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with 1+ year of experience
- Ability to pass FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- Must be able to pass a 5-year criminal background check
- Strong driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Flexibility with scheduling
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Deliver pet food and supplies using 40–48 ft. tractor/trailers equipped with rail gates and electric pallet jacks/2-wheel dollies
- Safely move and stage trailers in/out of bay doors
