About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vacation Planning Support Representative to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This fully remote role supports the vacation planning process from initial inquiry through confirmed reservations. This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior travel industry experience is required. Structured training and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position is well suited for individuals exploring the travel industry for the first time, career changers seeking a flexible remote role, or professionals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
