The VA Title Specialist is responsible for managing key metrics related to a portfolio of properties delivering title and title curative activities according to investor guidelines. As the Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter in which the specialist will be required to document the title issue and assess risk related to the company and investor and propose relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

- Aptitude for data, reporting, and analysis, desired
- Real estate and mortgage industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor title delivery according to investor guidelines
- Research and evaluate findings by attorneys, title companies or business partners
- Evaluate title reports and research potential risk of title defect
- Assist with processing and payment of invoices
- Monitor progress of any title curative activity and keep management up to date
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
