SUMMARY: To operate the telephone switchboard and provide customer service and assistance for clients of the VA Medical Center facility. Train VA operators. Fulfill all administrative responsibilities required of the position. Must be available to work within a 24-hour, 7-day-per-week schedule, including some or all city, state, and federal holidays.
