About The Position
To operate the telephone switchboard and provide customer service and assistance for clients/patients of the VA Medical Center facility. Must be available to work within a 24-hour, 7 day per week schedule, which may include some, or all city, state, and federal holidays. Based on the contract we service, it stipulates we are required to fill this position with a person having a disability and can provide proper medical documentation for such disability.
Requirements
- Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check to gain physical and logical access to the VA Hospital.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with switchboards or telecommunications is preferred.
