Requirements

Virginia STATE Inspector's license REQUIRED.
Must have own tools
Must have 3+ years experience as a technician and State Inspector
Must Have Experience diagnosing and repairing brakes, steering, suspension, drivability, electrical, emissions, heating and air conditioning, etc.
Must possess valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification preferred but NOT required.
Welding experience or certification preferred but NOT required
Enthusiasm, energy and strong desire to be a team member.
Ability to act professionally with customers and team members.
Respect customers vehicles and shop equipment.
Must have a "fix it right the first time" attitude.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
Document problems and work performed.
Maintain work area and customers vehicles neat and clean.
Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
Diagnosing and repairing brakes, steering, suspension, drivability, electrical, emissions, heating and air conditioning, etc.
