Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Case Manager position.
  • Prior experience in case management within a personal injury law firm.
  • Familiarity with LeadDocket and Filevine preferred.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Confident and well-spoken communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance documentation and request medical records from providers.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using firm software.
  • Schedule appointments and conduct client interviews.
  • Collect evidence and documentation to support client cases.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on case progress.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and external partners.
  • Review case files and flag missing or problematic information.
