Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in legal support or client services preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and managing follow-ups

  • Handling mass tort cases
  • Completing fact sheets with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collecting and organizing client information
  • Drafting complaint templates
  • Reaching out to clients and answering their questions

  • Making outbound calls to clients
