About The Position

Job Duck is hiring a virtual V105 - Legal Support Representative. You’ll support attorneys by coordinating court dates, checking case statuses, and ensuring they have everything they need before heading to court. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in legal support or working for a law firm
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service or client-facing experience
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Good writing and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• CRM knowledge is a plus
• Experience with VOIP: OpenPhone
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, Dropbox

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients professionally and compassionately
• Responding to client inquiries with clarity and care
• Acting as a buffer between clients and attorneys
• Coordinating court dates and logistics for attorneys
• Providing instructions and documents for court appearances
