Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an Intake Coordinator role
  • Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or legal support preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant (VA) structures is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and follow-through
  • Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate paralegal
  • Qualify potential clients and gather detailed information using a provided script
  • Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement
  • Manage and update client records in CRMs (Lawmatics and Clio)
  • Communicate with leads via chat system
  • Refer leads to relevant law firms when necessary
  • Schedule strategy meetings for attorneys
  • Process client payments
