About The Position

Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104 - Intake and Client Experience Specialist. Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the intake process with clarity and care. You’ll play a key role in qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently with tech tools, this role will feel like a perfect fit.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in legal intake preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full intake process for new client inquiries
  • Qualify leads using established criteria
  • Schedule consultations and marketing appointments
  • Follow up with leads and clients via email and Slack
  • Post and apply payments using Clio
  • Run invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Assist with administrative projects as assigned
  • Support the transition away from an answering service by providing dedicated intake support

Benefits

  • Monthly Compensation: $1,150 to $1,220 US
