Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Trainer to lead and elevate the sales team. In this role, you will create engaging presentations and coaching materials to help staff succeed in selling law firm services. You will guide the team on best practices, provide constructive feedback, and ensure their daily efforts align with client goals. Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Background in law firm sales or experience selling services is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Develop and deliver sales training materials and presentations
