The V&V Engineer 2 will be responsible for product validation activities, including both manual and automation testing. This role involves extending the internally developed custom test framework, which includes robotics, computer vision, distributed computing, and sensor simulation, and utilizing this framework to perform tests. The engineer will also extend the framework hardware test fixture, define and develop automated test plans, test cases, and procedures, and develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts. Monthly updates to management on the delivery of automated scripts are expected. Limited manual testing may be required to gain domain knowledge and facilitate test execution. Collaboration with development teams to create component and system test plans, test framework, and code is essential, as well as working collaboratively with local and global cross-functional product development teams. The engineer will also review technical documentation for accuracy and correct content.
