In this regional role, which encompasses New York, the PM will leverage extensive knowledge of vAuto Provision, Conquest, Stockwave, and KBB Instant Cash Offer to effectively manage client progress and results. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, including dealers, owners, and decision-makers, is essential. The PM will conduct needs assessments to identify client opportunities and develop strategic action plans to address their needs. Additionally, the PM will identify barriers preventing clients from meeting their business objectives and apply problem-solving skills to creatively overcome these challenges. Regular engagement with clients through onsite visits and virtual meetings is crucial to maintaining relationships and driving valuable insights. The PM will oversee the account launch process, ensuring that all accounts are effectively launched and that customer success is prioritized. The role also involves working with at-risk clients to develop action plans for retention and generating additional revenue by upselling products and services.
