User Experience (UX) Design drives the delivery of a world-class user experience throughout the Dell Technologies portfolio. We add our expertise to a varied range of cutting-edge projects, focusing on ideation, user-flow analysis, wireframing, interaction, design, visual design, branding and execution. The Services Customer Communications team oversees creating and governing all transactional content that is sent to Services customers. This content is executed across digital communications channels, including email, SMS, system notifications, UI messaging, social media, chatbots, and internal tools. While the primary focus will be on transactional touchpoints, you'll also experiment with new avenues to build holistic and connected end-to-end experiences.
