About The Position

This internship is designed to provide on-the-job training and experience for college students. Our interns engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity to enable them to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform at a professional level. Our interns provide support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the intern's area of study.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in UX, Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Some experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Interest in accessibility and UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
• Help create wireframes and simple prototypes.
• Support the UX team with design updates and feedback.
• Organize and document research findings.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience.
• Conduct basic competitor research.
