About The Position

Responsible for the overall workflow and design of custom software. They work as part of a team that identifies market requirements to create new software while also continuously enhancing existing software. Utilizes technologies such as React and Node.js to ensure they work efficiently and effectively. Work alongside internal subject matter experts and offshore development teams to coordinate the application of user stories into a functional tool. Design workflows that can be integrated into the final application with considerations for Python and Mongo DB. Provide guidance to the QA team by defining critical test components and criteria for deliverables based on functionality, performance and security benchmarks. Conduct code reviews to identify areas of improvement including specific code enhancements and changes using different programming languages and AI tools to create or fix software. Document code, user experience, and developmental process. Communicating with clients and end users to gather feedback and improve software usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a software development environment.
