We are looking for UX/UI Marketing Specialists to join our Expert Marketplace. As a freelancer in Averi’s expert marketplace, you’ll be matched with jobs that connect you to our client base, letting your UX/UI expertise create real business impact. You’ll help growth-stage companies design intuitive, conversion-friendly user experiences, elevate brand identity across digital touchpoints, and bring marketing strategies to life through thoughtful design execution.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or related marketing roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in UX research, customer journey mapping, and wireframing.
• Proficiency in UI design, prototyping, and responsive design systems.
• Experience with marketing-focused UX/UI (e.g., landing pages, conversion flows, A/B testing).
• Familiarity with Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Craft UX/UI solutions that blend creativity with business goals (websites, landing pages, product flows, and campaign assets).
• Partner with product marketers, growth specialists, and developers to ensure design supports strategy and performance.
• Audit existing experiences and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Translate brand guidelines into scalable, user-first design systems.
• Use analytics and user insights to continuously refine and improve design impact.
