About the position

As the first UX/UI Developer on our Delivery team, you’ll collaborate with fellow Stitch consultants, including Solution Architects, Business Strategists, and Marketing Strategists, to bring smart, scalable digital marketing experiences to life for our clients. In this role, you’ll design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces, lead UX audits, and craft engaging experiences that use automation, personalization, and data-driven insights to drive meaningful results. You’ll be a key creative and technical expert in client meetings, offering best practices and guiding design decisions with confidence and clarity. You’ll start in UX/UI, but that’s just the beginning. At Stitch, we’re big believers in following your curiosity. You’ll have the chance to step into other specialities as well, such as email development, solution architecture, or marketing strategy. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive UI/UX/CX audits across key digital touchpoints and deliver prioritized recommendations with detailed readbacks
  • Analyze customer behavior to enhance digital profiles and design progressive profiling strategies across channels
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Photoshop, Lucid, and Miro that support user-first experiences
  • Design gated loyalty content, reward experiences, and community platforms that foster brand connection and engagement
  • Optimize website navigation, e-commerce flows, and promotional landing pages to improve conversion and user experience
  • Build and maintain WordPress-based solutions with emphasis on performance optimization
  • Work within marketing technology platforms like Talon.One and Braze to create seamless customer journeys
  • Create detailed project documentation and implementation guides tailored to each client's technical environment
  • Complete thorough QA processes and maintain effective client communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Lead discovery and change management initiatives while managing time effectively to achieve quarterly billable targets
  • Stay current with UX/UI trends and martech platforms, earning relevant certifications as needed
  • Travel up to 20% for strategic client meetings and on-site collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development
  • Strong knowledge of user experience design principles, user research methodologies, and conversion optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, particularly loyalty platforms like Talon.One, Braze, Khoros and other martech tools
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles
  • Experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugin integration
  • Demonstrated experience conducting UX audits and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer loyalty program development
  • Strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven design decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and design trends
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced team members and contribute positively to team efforts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future
