Ensure design deliverables meet user needs and business goals. Oversee all phases of the design process, from initial research and concept development to detailed design and testing. Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Work on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences. Create design guidelines, style guides, and best practices to maintain consistency across all product platforms. Allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term project needs with long-term strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration into the product development lifecycle. Advocate for user-centered design throughout the company. Synthesize feedback from users, analytics, and stakeholders to iterate on designs. Position supervises 5 UX Designers [SOC-15-1255.00]

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, or related.
  • 12 months of experience as Lead UX/UI Designer, UX Designer, or related.
  • 12 months of work experience to include the following:
  • UX research to understand product desirability, feasibility, and viability;
  • Mapping and design facilitation, systematizing design ops procedures;
  • User research methodologies and usability testing;
  • Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Agile development environments;
  • Designing web prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
