The UX/UI Designer will serve as the primary designer for the Titleist Performance mobile experience, focusing on solving complex user problems through functional, intuitive, and mobile‑first design. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and brand leaders to identify user challenges, explore multiple design solutions, and iteratively refine experiences that balance performance, usability, and brand alignment. Working in a fast‑moving, agile environment, the designer will lead end‑to-end experience design—from discovery and concepting through wireframes, prototypes, and developer handoff—with a strong bias toward function over form. This is not about creating static art pieces, but about designing purposeful, scalable experiences that help users navigate complex performance and fitness workflows on small screens. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical or biomechanical concepts into clear, human‑centered digital experiences
