UX/UI Designer (onsite)
About The Position
14507 – UX/UI Designer – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. (3+ years) Experience with Design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred) Experience with User-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with User research methods , including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Experience Creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Experience with Design Systems Experience with Agile methodologies Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in the energy or technology sectors Experience with Front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers. Experience with accessibility standards and guidelines. Responsibilities : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product. Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations. Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems. Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements. Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision. Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences. Why apply?
