This position is responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys and translating them into sitemaps: user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. This role will work closely with front-end development teams for a wide range of Smile Digital Health solutions, including, but not limited to, our suite of Clinical Reasoning solutions as well as contributing to our Next Generation designs and facilitating the entire process from design to code. You will also be a key contributor and maintainer of our in-house UX Style Framework and will be responsible for ensuring it is applied consistently across your projects.
