About The Position

The UI/UX Designer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and interface of our digital products. This position involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs, participating in user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences. As a UI/UX Designer I, you will be a key contributor to our product's success by ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, personal, internship projects welcome).
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus.
• Basic experience conducting or supporting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, or usability testing.
• Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions an collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret user research findings, stakeholder feedback, and basic usage data to iterate on designs.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and how they impact design feasibility is a plus.
• Ability to create low-mid-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Comfort iterating based on feedback and approaching problems with a user-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on user interface designs for digital products, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers and other stakeholders to translate user needs into design concepts.
• Provide design assets and specifications to development teams for implementation.
• Support user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions
• Prototype interactive design solutions to showcase functionality and gather feedback.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across digital products.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
