  • Champion User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring a seamless user journey
  • Execute user interviews, craft personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture diagrams to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior
  • Develop user flows, task analysis matrices, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes to vividly illustrate product vision
  • Strictly adhere to Tax Design System standards, applying them appropriately to mockups for consistency and coherence
  • Collaborate closely with UI Developer to ensure the product build is accurate, user-friendly, accessible, and aligns with the initial vision
  • Minimum of three years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually captivating websites or applications that prioritize user ease
  • Possesses robust interpersonal skills with a knack for articulating design direction and vision effectively
  • Exhibits a profound understanding of accessibility best practices, ensuring inclusivity in design
  • Highly adept at using Figma, FigJam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365, showcasing technical proficiency
  • Required to present an online portfolio that showcases a selection of representative work samples, reflecting design prowess and creativity
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
