What You Can Expect A Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. He or she will work closely with our product development and design teams to bring concepts to life and maintain a consistent brand identity across all our platforms. Monogram's surgeon-guided semi- and fully autonomous robotic technologies are expected to add new and differentiated capabilities to Zimmer Biomet's already broad suite of customer-centric technology solutions. Requirements

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Familiarity with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions based on user feedback and data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe XD
• Knowldge of User-centered design principles and best practices

Nice To Haves

• 3D: Knowledge in 3D rendering using programs like Solidworks or Blender is a huge plus.
• Figma experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product Team to implement findings from user needs and use this data to inform user-centric design decisions. Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
• Visual Design: Utilize your Adobe Creative Suite expertise to craft stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and design principles.
• Multimedia Design: Leverage your proficiency in InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects to create engaging multimedia content, including promotional videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
• 3D: Knowledge in 3D rendering using programs like Solidworks or Blender is a huge plus.
• Web Design: Utilize services like webflow to maintain and add visually impactful material to our company website.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and engineers, to translate requirements into cohesive design solutions.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement and use these insights to refine and iterate on designs.
