Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant training or certifications in UX research.

Responsibilities

• Develop research plans with clear objectives.
• Write usability research screeners and discussion guides.
• Recruit targeted end-users for specific studies.
• Conduct one-on-one usability sessions.
• Implement quantitative surveys.
• Apply qualitative research methods based on project needs.
• Analyze data to uncover insights.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Communicate insights to design and development teams.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into the product development process.
• Meeting with clients to gather requirements.
• Conducting user testing and prototyping.
• Presenting research findings to business users.
