About The Position

The role of a UX Researcher & Designer at IQVIA involves conducting user experience research, designing and testing user interfaces powered by Large Language Models and Agentic systems, and enhancing usability and user satisfaction. This position is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence, which leverages healthcare data and advanced analytics to innovate clinical research processes, collaborating across teams to develop responsive, user-centric clinical technology applications throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in conducting user research, design, and testing.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with research and design tools such as User Testing, Figma, and Copilot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to drive projects as a UX Lead.
  • Self-starting and managing capabilities.

  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead UX research and design projects to ensure user-centric solutions.
  • Plan and conduct user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Analyze and synthesize research data to generate insights and inform product strategy.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and research artifacts to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to translate findings into actionable designs.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Stay updated with advancements in UI/UX methodologies and technologies to ensure the application of the latest best practices.
