About The Position
We are seeking an empathetic and insightful UX Researcher to join our team during the critical creative discovery phase of new projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in uncovering deep user needs, behaviors, and motivations that will inform the foundational direction of our products or features. You will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, synthesize findings, and evangelize user insights across the organization to ensure that our solutions are truly user-centered from conception.
