About The Position

This role is both a People Manager of a small team and a hands-on UX Research Lead reporting into the Head of UX Research. You'll work with the larger Verily UX team and cross-functional groups -including Product Managers, Software engineers, Clinical specialists and more. We are seeking someone with excellent research skills; a fierce advocate for the user; a compassionate mentor; and a system-level thinker, who is excited by the challenges of creating innovative and simple user experiences for complex workflows.
