About The Position

The UX Research Intern plays a vital role in shaping user‑centered products at LexisNexis. As part of a global UX team, this position supports research that helps ensure products are designed with users in mind from the beginning. Working alongside an experienced UX Researcher, the intern will contribute to active research efforts, collaborate with partners across product, design, and technology teams, and gain hands‑on experience in a professional product development environment. The intern will also gain exposure to how generative AI is integrated into both our research practices and the product we build, contributing to work on AI-powered experiences. This internship is designed to promote learning and growth. Over time, the intern will take on increasing responsibility and, by the end of the program, lead a research study aligned with real product goals. The global UX team values diverse perspectives and welcomes individuals who are curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn.
