UX Motion Designer
About The Position
The client is looking for a candidate who thrives at in-house creation, design, and production of digital/multimedia creative assets. The UX Motion Designer will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas around motion, 3D, & Digital (UI/UX) to cross-functional teams. The candidate partners with the product and brand team to lead and develop multimedia assets through a variety of tactics. This person demonstrates dedication, persistence, and passion for relevant, groundbreaking creative for brand. The UX Motion Designer understands business objectives and identifies new opportunities. They will start to have a creative POV, contributing ideas to team brainstorms and helping innovate the work. The client is looking for a technician with specific skill sets who is a strong visual storyteller.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of motion design
- Need experience as a Product Motion designer for motion interactions that create, build motion system, build protypes quickly
- Need to have UI/ Motion Product skills, design system knowledge
- Needs to understand Product Interaction Pattern

Responsibilities
- Brings big ideas and leads in content and/or structural brainstorming
- Aware of current design and industry trends in the multimedia space; Brings ideas that solve for the future
- Leads the in-house creation, design, capture, and production of digital/multimedia creative assets including 3D assets, Graphical user interfaces (GUIs), Website assets (interface and visual content), Banner ad units, Video, audio, Motion graphic, and video
- Balances the desire to do groundbreaking creative work on tight timing with a responsibility to achieve results
- Effectively communicate art direction and production nuances as it applies to multimedia work
- Oversees the design, execution, and production of internal presentation decks while also doing the work
- Assists all creative teams in delivering display concepts, 3D structural concepts, and art comps
- Creates print-ready and/or web-ready files for creative team
- Collaborates with cross-functional team members and helps lead projects
