About The Position

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX design experience, including 2–3 years in a management or lead role.
  • Proven ability to lead small, high-impact design teams and support professional development.
  • Strong visual, interaction, and information design skills with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with focus on customer outcomes and business impact.
  • Curiosity and comfort working with AI as both a design tool and a core component of the user experience.
  • Skilled communicator balancing user empathy with business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, content management, or revenue enablement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of UX designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting career growth.
  • Define UX vision and strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering, aligning with business goals and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Design and ship intelligent, agentic experiences that enhance content discovery, personalization, and distribution workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate insights, recommendations, and automation into the user experience.
  • Conduct research and validate ROI through user testing, customer feedback, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, accessibility standards, and AI-focused design best practices.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven design decision making.
