Join the ModeDS (Motion Development and Design Systems) team and help shape the future of collaboration experiences across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, and Engage. As a UX Engineer, you'll be part of an innovative group that sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering. You'll work alongside experienced designers and UX engineers, contributing to our design system and engaging in how AI is reshaping how we design, build and ship products. You will collaborate with partners across products and disciplines, including Design, Research, Engineering and Program Management. For our design systems, you will develop features with an eye for accessibility and polish. For our design-to-code workflows, you will learn and apply new tooling and automation to our systems.
