DecisionPoint seeks a UX & Engagement Analyst (Journeyman) to support user experience optimization for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) digital platforms under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by evaluating user experience, engagement patterns, and behavior flows across MC&FP digital platforms. The UX & Engagement Analyst identifies friction points, usability issues, and engagement barriers to improve task completion, user satisfaction, and overall engagement outcomes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring MC&FP digital platforms are user centered, accessible, and effective. This position is fully remote.
