About The Position

The UX Designers will be part of the Enterprise Experience Design (EXD) organization within a leading technology company. This role involves translating product strategy into interaction flows and final designs, advocating for users, and ensuring the quality of delivered features. The ideal candidates will possess strong UI design skills, experience in accessibility projects, and familiarity with WCAG standards.

Requirements

• Strong UI Design experience - ideally 5-7 years
• Recent experience with Accessibility projects
• Experience with FIGMA, Sketch, and Atlassian products: JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
• Some HTML exposure (HTML component rendering)

Responsibilities

• Help translate product strategy into interaction flows and final designs
• Apply color, composition, and content strategy to create meaningful experiences
• Be an advocate for users and an ambassador for our brand
• Introduce creativity while driving consistency
• Participate in design meetings and critiques and provide feedback to teammates
