Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve usability and meet business objectives.
• Work closely with another UX designer, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring cohesive and effective design solutions to life.
• Utilize and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Work efficiently in Figma, using components, auto-layout, variables, and other advanced features to create clean, scalable designs.
• Present and articulate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams, leadership, and other designers.
• Leverage insights from user testing and data analytics to inform and refine design solutions.
• Take a hypothesis-driven approach to solving user problems, continuously testing and improving designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems, components, variables, and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions to peers and leadership.
• Ability to take ownership of projects while also supporting other designers and contributing to a team-first culture.
• A readily accessible portfolio for us to review.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products or B2B platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles.
• Previous work within a highly cross-functional team environment.
