About The Position
Job title: UX Designer Location: Sunnyvale, CA Duration: 12+ months Key Responsibilities: User Experience (UX) Design Lead UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business objectives. Optimize information architecture and interaction design for seamless digital experiences. Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Creative Direction & Leadership Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms. Provide creative direction for design teams, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling and UX execution. Manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the creation of marketing assets, product UI, and content to align with the brand’s vision. Strategy & Collaboration Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals. Translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions. Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Present design concepts and strategies to executives and key stakeholders
