Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, a strong portafolio is a must with enterprise solutions, story Ux cases (Issue, challenges, solution, final product) and Ux researcher designer.
A solid understanding of financial products, services, and user behaviors within the financial domain.
Proficiency in Figma , Sketch, or Adobe XD, including advanced prototyping and design system management.
Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
Confident presentation skills; ability to explain the "why" behind a design to non-designers.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.

Responsibilities

Interaction Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Financial Domain Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and services.
Design solutions that address the unique challenges and complexities of the financial industry.
